Order Processing and Approval

All orders placed on 我的商店 are subject to approval to ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order due to supply limitations, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Once your order is approved, our team begins processing it within 1-3 business days. Shipping times typically range from 7-12 business days for deliveries within the United States. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after you receive your order.
Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled.
