Return Eligibility and Process

At 我的商店, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, parts, and materials are included and intact.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or abuse.

Items must be suitable for resale after our inspection. Returns that do not meet these criteria or are missing original packaging will be declined.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are excluded from returns at 我的商店:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable software or digital media
  • Gift certificates and gift cards
  • Products purchased as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or neglect

Order Cancellation

Refunds
